De-puff In 90 Second With This Simple Lymphatic Movement

Do you wake up in the morning puffy? If you answered yes, keep reading for this 90 second trick to start your day a little less puffy.

Let’s start with what is manual lymphatic drainage:

Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of massage that encourages the natural drainage of lymph that carries waste products from the tissue back towards the heart. On it’s way there the blood gets filtered through the lymph nodes clearing out the waste products. Manual lymphatic drainage uses light pressure and rhythmic movements to stimulate lymph flow.

By moving lymph we are able to kick start the flow of blood that may be sluggish and causing the puffiness we see in our skin.

The following movements will move any stagnant fluid in the major lymph nodes that fluid from our face flows through. If these nodes are stagnant, fluid will build up because it cannot move. So after you cleanse do this 90 second routine to decongest:

Step 1: Using your fingertips, starting at your jaw do a slow sweep down your neck and outwards towards your shoulders

Step 2: Lift fingertips and repeat the first step

Repeat these steps 5 to 10 times and remember, light to zero pressure. Then follow with the rest of your serums and moisturizer.

Results to look for: decongest, de-puff, reduce redness & detox.

Your glow is waiting.
