Frequently Asked Questions

How can I book an appointment?

All our facial therapy options can be booked online.  We are not taking any appointments over the phone at this time as we are a one woman show and don’t have the support staff to take calls in a timely manner.  If you do have any questions though please email (hello@bondiskintherapy.com) or text us at 914-265-1285!

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We understand – life happens! We are more than happy to help you reschedule. We require a 48 hours notification of any cancellations. Should you cancel in less than 48 hours you may be subjected to a $45 booking fee. There are no fees for rescheduling at this time.

Are there any contraindications?

Certain medication and health statuses will be a contraindication for some or all of our services.  If you are pregnant or currently under the care of a physician please note that you may not be eligible for some services. Certain medications will also limit what services can be received.

What should I do before coming in for my appointment?

Complete our online Treatment Intake Form to ensure your full appointment time is met. For your appointment just come as you are!  We do recommend wearing clothing items that will provide easy access to your shoulders and decollete.

If you can stop prescription topicals like tretinoin or topical retinol for at least 7 days prior to your facials this will allow us to optimize your tailored treatment.

Also, botox and fillers should be scheduled post appointment otherwise a waiting period of 14 days is required.  Please also arrive a few minutes early to complete a new client intake form.

Will any of the treatments hurt?

There may be some activity with some of the treatments and enhancements but these are closely monitored as your skin integrity is crucial.

Will my skin be red after?

There may be some slight to moderate flushing occurring after each facial and enhancement.  This flushing will go down within 24-48 hours.  But it is important to follow any aftercare direction given as this may impact your skin’s recovery process.
